What we collect

When you request a free Upglow or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, links, email and your answers. We also review public information about your business, such as your website, Google profile, reviews and social pages.

How we use it

To prepare your scorecard and preview, reply to you, deliver services you buy, and send follow-ups you agreed to. We use AI tools to help with research and drafting; a person reviews the results.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't text you without your consent.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your information, by writing to hello@upglowsolutions.com.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.
