Services and scope
Each service includes what's listed on our Services page. Anything else is quoted separately.
Payment
One-time services are paid upfront. Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
Revisions and refunds
Websites include 1 round of changes. You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts. If a deliverable doesn't match its listed scope, we fix it free.
Ownership and access
You own your accounts, domain, site files and content. We use manager or partner access, never your passwords, and you can remove our access anytime.
Your responsibilities
You confirm the facts, photos and offers you give us are accurate and that you have the rights to use them. You approve public posts and replies.
No guarantees
We can't guarantee rankings, review counts, calls or sales, and we never promise to remove reviews.
Reviews
We never write, buy or reward reviews, and every customer is asked for a review the same way.
